Vladan Dragosavac becomes the Hoods Head Coach
The Nottingham Hoods Basketball team made a significant announcement, naming Vladan Dragosavac as their new Head Coach for the 2024/25 season. Dragosavac brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in Serbian basketball, having coached at the National Team level and spent over two decades with BC Vojvodina. His more recent positions include serving as Performance Manager for Basketball England and Great Britain Basketball, and as Head of Performance for England’s silver medal-winning team at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Nottingham Hoods Basketball Managing Director, Russell Levenston, said: ““We’re thrilled to announce Vladan Dragosavac as our new Head Coach. This is a pivotal appointment for the Hoods, and we’re excited to welcome someone with such a wealth of experience to our team. Having known Vladan for many years, I am confident that his expertise and leadership will be instrumental in fostering a winning culture within the Hoods program.”
